About Me

I’m a veteran of the Broadway stage having appeared in the original production of Les Misérables. I’ve also appeared in numerous theatrical venues across the country including the North Shore Music Theatre in Massachusetts, the Waterville Summer Music Theatre in Maine, the Pioneer Theatre in Salt Lake City, and American Stage in New Hampshire to name a few; and in productions such as Sweeney Todd (Mrs. Lovett), The Pirates of Penzance (Isabel), Chicago (Mama Morton), The Sound of Music (Mother Abbess), Candide (Baroness), Fiddler on the Roof (Golde), I Do! I Do! (Agnes), Kiss Me, Kate, the New York premiere of Stephen Schwartz’s Nightingale, Two by Two, The Student Prince, Annie Get Your Gun, and Hello, Dolly! among others.

On film, I’ve appeared on the HBO drama The Sopranos and in feature films such as The Town, The Bourne Ultimatum, Enchanted, both Sex and the City movies, and Door in the Floor as well as several independent and short films. I’ve also appeared in or voiced commercials for companies such as Budweiser, Comcast, Nabisco, Maybelline and Nokia; and for products like Aleve, Bounty, Pepto Bismol, and Huggies; and lent my vocal talents to many projects, including voicing the title role in Jeanine Tesori's The Little Red Hen for Silver-Burdett Ginn's Making Music education series.

I performed at the launching of the U.S.S. George Washington in Norfolk, Virginia; sang with my fellow Les Miz castmates at the pre-election rally for then candidate Bill Clinton the night before his election to the Presidency in 1992; and have performed either the National Anthem or God Bless America at different sports events and numerous concerts throughout the country.

A proud member of both Actors Equity Association (AEA) and SAG-AFTRA, I served as an elected Councilor of AEA for eight years and am a graduate of the Boston Conservatory (BFA) and the University of Utah (MFA).
